What are some things you would put in a Christmas gift basket?
Something for my fiance’s parents. Ages 50-60.
Also one for his sister and her husband.
Who is it for? When you give any gift, the best thing to do is to consider who it is for and their likes and dislikes–it makes it much more personal. Please come back and tell us who it is for! We can help you much better then. 
What are their hobbies? What do they like to do in their spare time?
For example: I gave my secret pal (who was a very good friend) a basket for her 25th Wedding Anniversary. I put in chocolate hugs and kisses, strawberries and grapes with chocolate and dipping sauce, a bottle of wine and two crystal wine glasses. It was beautiful and they said it was the most romantic and best Anniversary gift they’d ever received.
At this time of year, something simple like Christmas cookies and candy probably wouldn’t go wrong–especially if you give it early and they like to entertain. Then add a small personalized gift for each of them–according to their favorite hobby or pass time. (Ask your fiance he would know more.) If he can’t figure anything out, for the ladies, go with candles and/or body lotion/spray in a quiet–non offensive scent like vanilla. For the guys, go with a pen, favorite snack, tie, CD, etc..
I love jalady’s idea of a photo frame–but include a nice happy picture of you and your fiance.
