How do I have a relaxing spa day at home?
I need a lazy Sunday. What can I do to have a relaxing pampering day at home tomorrow? (Recipes, instructions.)
lol! I should! But I’m sure he wouldn’t agree to that. 
First off, KUDOS for taking some time for yourself. So many women out there need to do that and I think it’s very cool that you are.
I would reccomend candles, candles, candles!!! Candles around the tub, candles next to the bed….Don’t hurt your eyes with any of that crazy florescant lighting for just ONE day!
You should take a relaxing milk bath! Start by running your tub with some nice warm water and then pour in half a cup of milk with just a hint of cinnamon and cocoa powder (about 2 teaspoons of each)! The cocoa powder has caffine in it which will wake your skin up and give you a nice glowing rich tone. The cinnamon is really just for the scent. (Don’t drink the bath water…you will be tempted because it will smell SO good!)
After you get out of the tub take some time to moisturize your skin with your favorite scented lotion. Make a point to focus on dry areas and don’t be too gentle! A little light kneading of the skin gives it some more color.
I would take a little time to really condition my hair! Use a rich hydrating conditioner and wrap a warm damp towel around your head and just sit and read a magazine for about 10 minutes, then rinse!
After that eat a meal, IN BED! In your pjs! You should pop in a movie and have a bowl of your favorite cereal!
I understand that it is hard to just relax in bed all day, so when you feel yourself getting restless pop on some music videos and just dance and have some fun, you deserve it!
Paint your nails a fun color!! Rid yourself of old attatchments and take a second to delete any old emails! You will be amazed by how relaxed and calm you feel after you just get rid of all that clutter! Buy yourself something fabulous online!!
