Eating a briefcase?
I dreamt I was eating a briefcase or part of an office-type box. Or something. There were fake-leather parts and foamy parts and boxy parts. I broke off pieces of it and chowed down ’cause I thought it would be “chocolatey”.
It was chocolatey in a way, but also disgusting. I spat it out after eating some and woke up having spit as well, and woke up with spit on my shirt and running down my face.
Thoughts?
It seems to be not about what you are eating, but what is “eating” you…I notice you have another baggage related dream about Sean Connery as well….between the two dreams, I’m getting the feeling that you feel that some aspects of your work are demeaning, and not really fulfilling your talents, but maybe you are trying to put up with it, and work up to a position where you can have a more exciting and challenging position better suited to your goals and talents. In eating the briefcase, this may be an example of “food for thought” in which you are analyzing “emotional baggage” pertaining to your work, dreams often speak in puns. In working for the entertainment industry, there are many exciting rewards in the way of income, and meeting exciting people, doing exciting things (the chocolate-y part) and many other parts that are just so much baloney, and no matter how you slice it, it’s still baloney…..good luck….
